Shipping, Cancellation and Return policies

Shipping

Packages are shipped within 2-3 working days. All shipments include tracking and liability. Orders made from Berlin can either be picked up in person or shipped to your address. At the moment shipment outside the EU are not possible. If you have special requests (e.g. express delivery) please write an email to lavandaposters [at] gmail [dot] com.

Returns and Cancellations

If you want to return your order, you can send an email to lavandaposters [at] gmail [dot] com within 14 days. Please provide a photo of the external packaging and a photo of the Item(s) you ordered. If the product(s) arrived damaged you are eligible for a refund or a replacement. Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer. Digital goods and custom products cannot be returned.
Orders can be cancelled if the product has not yet been shipped. The purchase of digital goods and custom products cannot be cancelled.
